San Francisco, April 5.—At the annual meeting of stockholders of the Southern Pacific road this afternoon, the following directors were elected to servo for the ensuing year : C. 1'- Huntington, C. B. Huntington, B. Landsfordagc, Charles F. Crocker, George Crocker, Thomas H. Hubbard, ThomasE. Stillman, A. N.Towne.J. C. I Stubbsand N. Smith. Of $119,047,170 of | capital stock, a total of $115,225,305 was voted. To-morrow the election of officers will bo held and C. P. Huntington will bo ro-cleoted.
